ORDERS
Please send an enquiry or order by pressing the "Contact Us" button above. Acceptance of orders will be confirmed in writing by order acknowledgement. The price will be confirmed on the order acknowledgement and the seller reserves the right to alter the price by giving notice to the buyer for a change in specification or delivery date requested by the buyer. All of our prices are inclusive of VAT. Payment is required on the date of order acknowledgement.

DELIVERY
Delivery will be made on a day that has been agreed between Inside Out and the buyer. Goods are secured onto pallets and delivered to our client's kerbside. No siting or installation is included. The goods must be checked before the driver leaves the delivery address. Once the goods have been signed for this confirms that they have arrived in good condition. No claims can be made once the paperwork has been signed. Risk of damage or loss of the goods will pass to the buyer upon delivery.

The buyer must notify Inside Out if access to the delivery address is not accessible by lorry.

REPAIRS
Inside Out undertake repairs of stone ornaments. A quotation can be supplied on request.
